Outdoor Maintenance Program

Greater Generations’ Outdoor Maintenance Program.

Allows youth to gain real work experience, earn weekly wages, and receive assistance with court restitution by providing opportunities through our community partner network.

OMVP was developed to provide an alternative to negative and criminal behavior as a means of survival. Low-income status will no longer depict the successes or failures of a person’s future.

Providing Work Experience

The Outdoor Maintenance Program  (OMVP) allows participants to build respect and trust within the community. By providing simple outdoor maintenance to community members in need, whether residential or business, youth are given the opportunity to gain work experience, earn an income, and pay restitution/fines if needed.
